These superb apartments are privately owned and so individual in style and is situated close to the Beverley Hills Club, behind El Mirador. The apartments have been designed for living. They are not just ‘another group of holiday apartments’. Typical accommodation includes -

Spacious lounge area with satellite TV, opening onto a wide balcony or sun terrace usually with views to the sea or pool, and sofa bed
Double bedroom (or bedroom area in studios) with twin or double beds and ample wardrobe space
Spacious tiled bathroom
Fitted kitchen with fridge, electric hob, oven (except studios), kettle, toaster, etc.
All linen and towels supplied (except for pool / beach use)
Cots available upon request

There are 120 apartments on this complex and each apartment are privately owned therefore interiors may vary slightly, making this unique andalucian village just that extra special.

The town is 10 - 15 minutes walk away, or 3 - 4 euros by taxi. There you will find the superb beaches, and the harbour with its busy comings and goings. This unique complex nestles quietly into a gentle hillside overlooking the quaint fishing villa of Los Cristianos with fantastic views across the sparkling blue Atlantic Ocean.

Studio (maximum of 2 persons): £350.00 (per property per week)

1 bedroom/1 bathroom (maximum of 4 persons): £415.00 (per property per week)

2 bedroom/2 bathroom (maximum of 6 persons): £525.00 (per property per week)

3 bedroom/3 bathroom (maximum of 8 persons): £750.00 (per property per week)

Rental prices are per apartment and there are no seasonal supplements (except Christmas).

Prices may be subject to change at the owner’s discretion.

Please note a 50% deposit is required on confirmation of your booking, and balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to departure.
