About Apartment
Not a typical tourist resort location; for many this is part of the charm.

Ideal getaway / bolthole for the solitary person or (romantic) couple, attracting keen photographers, hikers, swimmers, golfers & fishing enthusiasts etc. Also perfect relaxation a small family or two people generally. Alternatively, the more active can hike/swim/cycle etc to their hearts' content.

The residential location of Palm Mar boasts peace and tranquility, plus a neighbourly community and retains the charm of the original village.

Get away from it all to this charming, ideally located apartment in well-tended landscaped complex with pretty garden areas, minutes from the coast & watersports, landscaped promenade for the whole beachfront and beach with swimming areas.

Hire a car (highly recommended) for the best of all worlds. The location is ideal for visiting coastal towns, going up into the mountains etc.

Palm Mar is very relaxing just to hang about in, with an increasingly wider range of restaurants, (tapas) bars both English and Spanish and Wi-Fi cafes.

Only a few minutes walk away from original nucleus/village, all eateries, bars, supermarkets and banks/cashpoints.

Get to Los Cristianos in 15 mins by taxi/car for about €10, 20-min ride from airport, just 5/10 mins to Guaza and pretty town of Las Galletas on the coast, 10/15 mins from Los Abrigos, a delightful town on the coast renowned for its fish restaurants offering wonderful value.

Or dine at home: garden furniture and spacious area on the terrace / garden will enable you to eat / drink al fresco, enjoy the natural habitat and light breezes.

Paraiso's "Secret Ingredient" - the most fantastic views of the protected nature reserve/landscape and the sea from the apartment. Enjoy the sunshine all day on the southwest facing terrace or at the pool.

Enjoy the pool and solarium located directly behind the apartment.

There are a number of bars offering live music, steak and quiz nights, popular TV and football. The standard of cuisine is high, attracting diners into the area, and includes, Chinese (2), Indian, Sushi, good authentic Canarian food with a smile, Italian, French and British.

Euro or Sterling accepted by bank transfer or cash on arrival (subject to maximum amount). £75 deposit required (will accept Paypal) to confirm booking, balance required 6-8 weeks before departure date.
Returnable deposit for small pet or very young child
How do we reserve?
20% deposit to secure (for late bookings, cash on arrival is accepted but you need to book flights). You can confirm your reservation by phone or e-mail.
Are there any surcharges?
Usually not, although stays for periods shorter than one week incur additional £10 each person for bedlinen & laundry. A (refundable) deposit may be required.
For bookings of 5 weeks' plus duration, at least one cleaning charge will be incurred.
